The 15-minute call is designed for immediate triage—think of it as your tax “911.” We stabilize your situation, clarify what the CRA is actually doing, and identify urgent actions or delays. Typically, we’ll recommend a 30 or 60-minute session for a deeper review following this initial call.
No. We are not a law firm or accounting firm. We provide triage, clarity, and direction, but do not offer legal or accounting services, prepare tax returns, or represent clients before the CRA or in court. This allows us to provide you the real raw truth of your situation as well as your options - we have no "big brother" or association governing our actions.
After payment, you’ll get an email from help@911tax.ca (usually within 1 business day) to schedule your call and provide any required letters or documents. After your session, you’ll receive a summary email with key risks, immediate next steps, and guidance on which type of “surgeon” (tax lawyer, accountant, or other specialist) you may need next. For emergency calls, you’ll receive an email from help@911tax.ca as soon as possible (and no later than 1 calendar day) to schedule your 15-minute Emergency Call.
No. We do not represent clients before the CRA or in court. Our role is to help you understand your situation, avoid costly mistakes, and prepare you to work effectively with the right professional if needed.
If you’re unsure, start with the 15-minute Emergency Call. If you need deeper help, we’ll recommend the best next step—no pressure.
No. You can block out or redact personal identifiers (like SIN, bank account numbers, or third-party names) before sending documents. We just need enough to understand your CRA issue.
Fire prevention means reviewing areas like payroll, GST/HST, or corporate structure before they turn into emergencies. Our non-emergency consults help you spot risks and make changes before the CRA does.

Yes. If you’ve received a letter or call from the CRA threatening legal action, book an Emergency Call right away. We’ll assess your situation, help you understand the risks, and give you immediate direction to stabilize things before you take your next steps. Think of us as your tax paramedic—we get you calm and clear so you can act with confidence.
Yes. Wage garnishments are a true tax emergency. Book a 15-minute Emergency Call and we’ll triage your situation, explain what the CRA’s actions mean, and outline any urgent moves or delays you may be able to use. We’ll also help you decide if and when you need to bring in a “surgeon” (like a tax lawyer or accountant).
Yes. These are common triggers for CRA enforcement, and they can escalate quickly. Book a non-emergency consult for prevention, or an emergency call if you’ve already received a demand letter. We’ll clarify your current risk, show you what to prioritize, and point you toward the right specialist for deeper resolution.
Yes. A sudden, unexpected tax bill is a classic use case for our Emergency Services. We’ll help you understand what’s behind the bill, what your immediate risks are, and what steps you should take first—before you commit to expensive professional fees.
Yes. If you’ve received a CRA audit notice, book an Emergency Call or Consult as soon as possible. We’ll review your letter, explain what the CRA is actually asking for, and help you plan your first response—so you don’t make a move that could make things worse. We’ll also guide you on whether you need a tax lawyer, accountant, or other specialist.
