We can go back up to 20 years if needed. We only recommend what makes sense for your case.
Once payment is received and all required documents are in, our target is about 5 weeks. Rush service may be available for urgent files.
No. Clients must provide organized, finalized numbers. Corporate clients must also provide Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
Once your paid filing service is complete, the service agreement ends. Any further calls, follow-up, or extra work is billed at current rates unless you are enrolled in the After-Care program.
After-Care is ongoing support for CRA follow-up after filing. It helps with CRA letters, reviews, audits, proof requests, and follow-up for the tax years we completed.
No. Every case is different. We work to improve your position using legal strategy and proper filing, but CRA decisions and processing timelines are outside our control.
